This feature has always been hugely popular and a lot of fun. There were sessions throughout the day for visitors to take part in the creation of delicious Italian dishes.
Hosted and run by talented chefs the cooking school is enjoyable, as well as educational, and those in the school or the hundreds watching come away even more passionate about all things Italian.
