| Wine by the intense yellow color. Taste, characteristic of the grape variety makes it suitable for exclusive seafood dishes, especially shellfish. The harvest is anticipated to keep the acid content. It is done strictly in boxes of 20 kg an over 2/3 hours the grapes are crushed and destemmed. Winemaking operartions are carried out with a cutting-edge technology to the maximum extraction of aromas primary fermentation that take place at a temperature controlled elettronically. The winw comes in bottles stabilized after a sterilization microfiltration. | |
